How we run your account
Clear account handling is the first thing we want you to see about us. We ask for a mobile number, a password and a wallet name check before your first transaction, so the account you open matches the payment route you choose. On Android or iOS browser, head to Account > Wallet, choose DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, then follow the amount
screen. We keep the lobby, wallet and help area in one session so you are not moved between unrelated pages.
